Our Quality Assurance polices ensures that appropriate methodologies, standards, procedures and guide lines are implemented with full management support. Due to the prior training our construction, property management and land acquisition staff have received, assures us of their significant input.

We ensure constant update on our protocols to stay abreast with current legislation.

These quality assurances along with international project standard and control establishes the frame work for our quality services.

We have been able to establish business relationship with the heads of stool and family lands to enhance our abilities in the acquisition of litigation free lands in the following regions. (Greater Accra, Western Region, Central and Ashanti Region.)

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

At Greats City we believe in committing to our corporate social responsibility to the communities in which we do business. We therefore make sure to give back our quota to the society.

We have made several donations to Pals of the Earth, an environmental non for profit organization whose activity is to ensure environmental safety by means of advocacy and tree planting projects in Ghana.

TEN (10) YEARS DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The following are our organization’s development plan for the next ten (10) years:

1.      To establish business relationship with the heads of stool and family lands for the remaining six (6) regions

2.      To establish offices in all the ten (10) regional capitals

3.      To pilot affordable eco-friendly or green building projects across the country

4.       To expand our cooperate social responsibilities to area such as provision of green lavatory for selected deprived Junior high school, selected community clinics and other deprived villages.

5.      To exploit untapped avenues in the real estate industry, this will be mutually beneficial and rewarding to us and our partners.

6.      To enhance our business relationships with our partners and stakeholders by introducing innovative concepts.
